How to Buy on Neo Bikroy

Welcome! Shopping with us is simple. Just follow these steps:

Step 1: Browse or Search

Explore our categories or use the search bar to find what you're looking for. Use the filters on the Shop page to refine your search.

Step 2: View Product Details

Click on a product to see its details, images, description, price, and available options like size and color. Check seller info and Q&A if needed.

Step 3: Select Options

If the product has sizes or colors, click your preferred option. Choose the quantity you want.

Step 4: Add to Cart or Buy Now

Click "Add to Cart" to continue shopping, or "Buy Now" to proceed directly to checkout with just this item. You'll be asked to confirm your size/color selection in a pop-up.

Step 5: Checkout

Go to your Cart and click "Proceed to Checkout" (or you'll be taken there directly after "Buy Now"). Fill in your Shipping Information, review your Order Summary, apply any coupons, select "Cash on Delivery", agree to the Terms & Conditions, and click "Confirm Order".

Step 6: Order Confirmation

You'll see an Order Success page with your Order ID. You can track your order status from your Customer Dashboard.
